Asisat Oshoala, Rasheedat Ajibade, and Chiamaka Nnadozie among female footballers for 'CAF Awards' 2022

The Confederation of African Football, CAF has announced the names of female footballers participating in the 2022 African Women's Football Awards.

Among the awards that will be announced for female footballers is the best female footballer in Africa, the best female footballer for the best football club, the best young female footballer in Africa, and the best female football team in Africa.

The press release issued by CAF also said that they would announce the candidates for the award for the best women's football team and the best national women's football team soon.

The organization has the competence of female footballers at the Women's Football Cup in Africa, WAFCON will be among the things they will consider to select the candidates who will win each of the stages of each trophy.

On the twenty-first day of July 2022, they will announce the names of female footballers who qualify for the categories in the city of Rabat in Morocco.
The award ceremony will take place before the women's football cup in Africa, WAFCON, which is going on in Morocco.
